This kitchen is a Modern Lakefront Farmhouse style and we loved putting it all together! We designed this kitchen using inset cabinetry that gave the kitchen character with clean lines and a fitted look. The door style is a shaker with a distressed look. The polar white finish on the upper cabinets and fridge surround give the kitchen a warm feel while the pepper finished islands and perimeter base cabinets give the kitchen a nice contrast without being over dramatic. The distressing on the cabinets compliments this kitchen’s rustic feel along with the natural wood tones from the custom hood.

The countertops are Calacatta Michelangelo porcelain and offer this kitchen a classier touch. The waterfall edge detail at the end of each island creates a continuous and natural flow through the countertops. The full height backsplash exaggerates the veins in the stone and the undercabinet lighting offers some warmth to the stone.

Fireplace surround in living room is Absolute Black honed

This fireplace surround in the living room is Absolute Black Honed. The floor to ceiling design makes the perfect statement with the lake in the background. The honed finish gives the material depth rather than the standard polished finish.

Wet bar in the kitchen is Sea Pearl leathered quartzite.

The wet bar in the kitchen area is Sea Pearl Quartzite with a leathered finish and a full height backsplash meeting the ceiling. A leathered finish features a soft sheen that is less than polished stone but includes a textured appearance.

Master bath is Poblenuo Suede quartz by Silestone

For this master bathroom we used Poblenou Suede Quartz by Silestone. The porcelain sinks are undermount and accented with matte black hardware and fixtures. The cabinets are custom inset with a distressed shaker door style and a polar white finish.

This outdoor kitchen countertop is Absolute Black Honed granite. The honed finish makes the countertop appear just like the lake it is overlooking. The honed finish is gaining in popularity, especially for contemporary spaces. A honed granite features a smooth, matte surface great for outdoor applications.

The master bedroom fireplace surround is a Geode slab. This stone mimics the stones that you find near the water’s edge but is exaggerated with an almost animated appearance. This piece was one of our favorites to put together and the results are amazing! The slab makes the room have an earthy vibe and really catches the eye.

This bathroom off of the kitchen has an inset cabinet design, shaker door style and polar white finish to match the kitchen. The countertop is Calacatta Michelangelo porcelain. The faucet has a champagne finish that makes this bathroom have an elegant feel.

This view is unbelievable! We fabricated and installed the stairs and patio using Jet Mist Flamed granite. This granite is a material sourced from the quarry in Canada. The material has a rough surface best for outdoor use to prevent a slippery surface.
